Will Apple drop a “proper” video iPod to celebrate their 30th birthday?
I recently wrote about the topic “iPalm” – or if it’s possible that Apple publishes a reviewed version of the iPod soon. One that’s got a large (probably 3.5inch) touchscreen and a virtual clickwheel.
Today bloggers whisper that there may be something like that – perhaps we’ll see Apple celebrating their 30th Birthday with it on April 1st. It would certainly be a nice tool to watch videos on-the-go – I’ve got the actual video iPod and like it very much, but a bigger display is always appreciated…

I found some pics on the net and built them together
Your menu is certainly easier to handle with the old iPod hardware – the one that’s shown above is some sort of an Apple PDA. The use of a touchscreen allows to have a more computer-like graphical user interface.
