James Bond-tires manufactured by GoodYear?

Just kidding. Ha. Ha. ;-)

A week ago, on Tuesday, I’ve been to the cinema with some friends. We didn’t know which movie we wanted to see, so we chose to flip a coin to decide.

The answer: A Good Year (very nice website, by the way)

It’s been a great evening with a great movie. Go watch it yourself if there’s a chance for you, it’s totally worth it!

Although I’m not going to the cinema very often, the last week made an exception that proves the rule.

The second visit to the cinema took place on Friday, one day after the official start of “James Bond 007: Casino Royale” in Germany.

The question “Which movie did you watch then?” is not allowed here, I think it’s quite obvious. ;-)

It’s like they rebooted the Story of James Bond. “Casino Royale” tells the story of James’ first job as the agent “007″ — it takes place today.

The story? Watching this movie, you feel like there are multiple stories woven into eachother. Even the character “Bond” isn’t as flat as usual — it’s not the “cool guy” like in older movies.

Bond is much more differentiated than ever before — a facette of the new movie that I personally like very much even though I’ve been a Bond-fan ever since.

To sum it up, it’s definitely worth watching it — the only thing you have to do is to decide which movie you want to prefer as I liked them both the same.

Perhaps I may help you a little bit: What about flippin’ a coin? ;-)
