300 piles of crap — I watched it, so you don’t have to

Well, it’s rather about piles of Persians caused by 300 Spartans. But this movie is shit. I watched it today in the cinema—it’s real bullshit.
Not only does it distort historical facts, it isn’t well crafted too. The picture is blurry almost all the time and watching this movie you won’t see a single frame that looks at least a little bit realistic—it feels like everything in this movie is fake.
Plain 3D renderings mixed with short-takes from a studio, afterwards they applied some Gaussian Blur and a red filter to get a warm and bloody picture that stays the same throughout the movie.
I’ve got nothing to report about the story—because there is no real story at all. All this movie is about is a big massacre, the plot is as flat as a pancake.
My advise: Do not go to the cinema to watch this stupid crap. It’s neither worth your time nor your hard-earned money—you’ll spend every single second of the 116 minutes thinking about wether to leave right now or not. And in the end you’ll regret your decision to stay that long.

I totally agree with you. I saw it today and was really disappointed.
A waste of money!
If you want to see a better movie go and watch:
“The last king of the scots”.
Much much better!
If you watched films like Gladiator, Troja or Martix you will see exactly the same. The Colors are highly changed to the ancient brown or matrix green.
But usually you don’t realize the modifications, because the story is that exciting.
And sometimes, of course, the are that good, that you just know, that it’s fake but you don’t believe it.
Kennst du Frank Miller?
Sagt dir “Comicverfilmung” etwas?
Oder war LotR etwa auch zu unrealistisch?
Sorry, but I don’t think you can compare 300 and Lord of the Rings. These are two totally different movies.
Second: I heard many now who told me it’s meant to be like that and the like. Maybe it’s just me and I simply don’t like movies that are meant to be like that?
