I definitely browse for applications, however I only do this on the few occasions that I constantly and don’t want to do anything that will wake the family. It’s a great time waster.

I want to design apps for Apple’s Appstore, but it looks like you have to sign up for these expensive plans, and I tried downloading what looked like the free version, but its a dmg, and I have Windows, so I can’t open it. Am I doing anything wrong, or can you make apps some other way?
