yes—the fuel gauge is visible by default, but I&#039;m talking about the live consumption display, which shows data such as “7.43l/100km”, which unfortunately is not the default (at least in the cars I&#039;m used to drive).

		<description>There is no question that if you see the fuel gauge, you will be more aware of fuel consumption and probably be more conservative.  I always thought seeing it by default was standard, but I guess not.   Cheers.</description>
